We do not control or take responsibility for third-party platforms.

Etsy API Compliance:

Users agree to comply with Etsy’s API Terms of Use when connecting their Etsy accounts. By integrating with Etsy, you grant Manuflow access to your Etsy shop data strictly for analytics & cost tracking purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the Service
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the platform
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store harmful, unauthorized, or malicious data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Manuflow may offer free or paid subscription plans.

Billing Terms:

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled
• Taxes may apply depending on your region
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service
• Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 6 months
• We are not liable for financial losses, revenue impact, missed payouts, or business disruptions
